Pricing Guide For Kajabi: Pick The Best Plan For You

If you’re planning to get Kajabi for your own business, then you’re probably thinking about which plan suits your needs. Today, I’ll help you answer that question by breaking down every plan; we’ll study their pricing and features to help you figure out the best option.

Kajabi is one of the most famous platforms for hosting, creating, and marketing content for businesses. It’s perfect for educational venture, thanks to its membership and webinar features.

However, it also comes with features like automation and funnel creation, which makes it an excellent marketing platform as well.

Which plans can you get?

Before diving into the specific subscription plans, let’s go through the fundamentals.

All Kajabi plans are monthly memberships, so the prices you’ll see are recurring monthly fees. However, you can pay for an entire year at once, and this will net you a 20% discount for the total price.

All plans also offer a free trial for 14 days, so you don’t have to buy them blindly. Likewise, you can cancel your account within the first month if you want to be eligible for a full refund.

There’s also a special offer that lets you double your free trial period.

The basic plan costs either $149 or $119 monthly depending on how you pay for it. You get 3 pipelines and products with it.

Pipelines are Kajabi’s term for sales funnels. You can use premade templates—already automated and optimized—and edit them to save time and effort. On the other hand, products simply refer to what’ you’re going to offer; these can be courses, membership sites, communities, etc.

You can also run a single website with its own admin user, so this plan is a lot better for individual entrepreneurs. You have access to an intuitive builder, and you can build both standard and membership websites.

Regarding your audience, you can have up to 10,000 contacts with this plan; just keep in mind that you can only have 1,000 active members. They’re users who have logged into their accounts in the last month.

The active members capacity is the limit you should worry about mainly. Luckily, 1,000 active members usually mean that your business generates enough profits to let you scale to the next tier, which is $50 more.

That’s added to the fact that you don’t have to pay transaction fees even in the Basic plan. This is a significant advantage with Kajabi since the industry standard for these platforms tends to sit around 3% and 5%.

The Growth plan is a natural next step for Basic users, and it basically increases your capacity in general. That means you have 15 products and pipelines and 10 admins for your website, plus 25,000 contacts and 10,000 active users.

Besides these upgrades, you also get new features—all for either $199 or $159 every month.

Firstly, you now have advanced automation features. One of these is the chance to add conditions to your email marketing, so your email campaigns are more accurate and customizable.

Affiliate programs are another addition. You can basically let people join your program and promote your product for a commission on every sale. You just need to give them an affiliate link and let them take care of the rest.

Customer support is also upgraded here, and you can reach out to the via chat anytime you want. You’re also free to remove Kajabi’s branding once you’re a Growth user.

The last plan costs either $399 or $319. You now get 100 pipelines and products, 100,000 contacts, and 20,000 active members. You can now host 3 websites with 25 admins. This plan is basically for huge companies or marketing agencies working with different clients and websites.

You can also edit the platform’s code when you upgrade to Pro. It means you have even more customization possibilities with Kajabi if you know how to code. You can edit your email templates and more.

Pros and cons of Kajabi

Kajabi offers many features you’d otherwise need to get from a separate platform; they also add more functionality with almost every update.

It’s a perfect platform for beginners and people without programming knowledge; there’s also an excellent onboarding process for new users. If you run into any issue while using Kajabi, customer support is great.

The only issues with Kajabi is that—according to some users—some emails fail to deliver in rare occasions. Without the code editor, customization might be too basic for some.

Kajabi is an excellent platform if you want a complete package to build and market your business. Once you get started, you basically only need to add paid ads to your strategy if you want to use them.

Other than that, Kajabi already covers email marketing, funnels, and even SEO with its website builder.

Just make sure to check the free trial before committing to a plan.
